The most important thing is to combine this data with the amount of hours that you slept. It is going to to give you an idea about the things that affect your sleep. Once you have been keeping this diary for a few months you should have a clear image about what you should do to get some sleep. This is one of the things that can prevent you from buying sleep aids even if you don’t need them.

Regular exercise has been shown to be one of the healthiest things that someone can do – well besides eating healthy. People who do a regular workout with high intensity have also been shown to have a more regular sleeping pattern, and people who did just three workouts a week, were sleeping like baby on average. If you are neglecting your exercise, don’t go and buy sleep aids, because they are only going to make you more tired, and make it less likely for you to hit the gym.
