There is not one magical technique that will produce wonderful healthy clear skin. However, the following 5 tips for clear skin can go a long way to producing that glowing shine, if followed frequently.
Drink to Clear Skin
Drinking 6-8 glasses of water everyday is the most fundamental thing we can do to help develop clear skin and overall good health. Water keeps us flushed of toxins that could otherwise generate blemished sallowed skin, rashes or other outbreaks. It is important that the water we drink is true spring water or filtered water that is free of toxic heavy metals and harmful chemicals. Tap water or soda isn’t going to cut it!
Get Sweaty
Engaging in cardiovascular exercise for 30 minutes at least 3 days a week is one of the best clear skin tips and a great way to clear out toxins from the body. Although we must exercise hard enough that we break into a good sweat! Some doctors and health professionals consider the skin to be the third kidney because so many toxins can be cleared via sweating. Exercise also gets the blood flowing which starts to clear toxins out of the muscles and other cells and brings fresh new nutrition to the cells.

Baking soda neutralizes the acidic nature of the toxins that are released while the epsom salts help to draw more of the toxins out of the skin. You can also add a few drops of lemongrass essential oil which is a great skin moisturizer.
Dry Skin Brushing
The skin is the biggest detoxifying organ in the body, but it can get clogged up. Dry skin brushing is a great way to clear off build ups of old dry skin that can look flat and unhealthy. This is a practice that works best daily using a vegetable-fiber bristled brush. Using small circular motions scrub your whole body except your face and chest. Don’t brush so hard that your skin turns red! Keep it gentle and follow up with a warm shower or bath. Avoid hot water – this can dehydrate the skin. Drink a Daily Berry Juice
Berry fruit juicer recipes are loaded with antioxidants that protect the skin from environmental toxins and slow down the aging of the skin. It is best to make them at home if possible with a juicing machine (I recommend the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer) or a blender. Commercial juices are devoid of many of the original antioxidants due to processing methods.
