Remote control cars and racers of the twentieth century pale in comparison to the twenty first century’s addition of the Air Hogs Zero Gravity – to get with the lingo, remote or radio controlled, or RC, zero gravity racers. One such manufacturer is by a company called Spin Masters. The company began making Air Hogs in 1996. The first line of Air Hogs included RC planes, helicopters, boats, cars and all terrain vehicles. Their car line includes the Air Hogs Zero Gravity, Zero Gravity Micro, and many more.
Spin Masters also produces the top names in the toy industry. These names are in your kids vocabulary, try not to worry, you might not be able to pronounce them - Bakugan Battle Brawlers toys, Fogo Sports, Paperoni, Pixos, just to name a few. In 2009, the company released Liv Girls, a doll line that Business Week magazine say is giving Barbie a run for her money.
The hottest toys on the market from Spin Masters are Air Hogs Zero Gravity, Zero Micro Gravity, Legacy RC Regenerator, Laser Car, and Nano Racer. What are these cars, yet, a better question is, what can these cars do? Imagine a car that can drive on the wall. Okay, imagine a car that can drive on the ceiling. Well that is exactly what these RC cars can do and more.
Air Hogs Zero Gravity racer colors come in red, green, yellow, and blue. These cool little cars do race around the house, up the walls and over the ceiling. The Zero Gravity Micro has four radio frequencies. This is important because you, or rather your kids, can race against three of their friends. The car comes with the control charger and instructions.
It needs six AA batteries. The car plugs into the control to charge. This car also has working headlights. Once you charge it up the fun begins. There is a vacuum suction that it operates with and a switch for floor or walls. It really does go up the walls and ceiling without leaving marks, but you do have to place it there to start with. RC Regenerator and Regenerator Mini are Air Hogs made to crash. When they crash the car rebuilds itself ready to race again.
Air Hogs Laser Zero Gravity car races with laser beam remote control. You have never seen anything like this, although it operates on the same principles as the other cars except you shine the laser where you want the car to go and it does. It is fast and very user friendly.
The Zero Gravity Nano Racer measures just three inches long but is just as much fun as his cousins. The Nano comes in different exciting colors and graphics. The remote folds open and there is a charge and storage pack for the car.
Before racing out to the toy store for your Air Hogs Zero Gravity racers you might want to watch some TV with your kids. See what racers excite them when the commercials come on the TV, and they will come on. Ask what their favorite colors are. Then, for about thirty dollars you can have them racing in no time.
