Second, laser liposuction removes small amounts of fat at a time with tiny incisions and much smaller tools. That means that more time and effort is required of the surgeon to treat one area. Then there is the difference in anesthesia dosage which greatly affects the cost of using the drug. Most laser lipo patients require only local anesthesia which means that they are not sedated for the surgery and only the treated area is numbed. This saves in the amount of the solution that is used as well as the administration cost.
