While there are many people who are living below the poverty line all over the world, there is another group of people who are not only living in luxury but get to enjoy all kind of luxurious items at home. Be it branded goods or food or other products, these are the lucky people who are able to make quite a good living and are also able to enjoy a good standard of living. I have to admit that I aspire to belong to this group of people but currently I am just one of those who belong to the middle income group. I cannot say that I am actually very poor, I make enough to get by, with food on the table and a roof above my head, and I do spend some money to enjoy myself or give myself pleasure.

When I am talking about pleasure, I am not referring to something sleazy mind you. But you all should know how pleasure is generated by the brain and why playing with computer or video games actually give you pleasure. To cut the long story short, playing video games or computer games actually release a hormone known as dopamine. These are actually happy hormones that not only make people happy but addicted too> That is why some people get addicted to video gaming. This is also the same pathway which gets drug abusers or cigarette smokers addicted to drugs or smoking. You may have seen some computer or video gamers get addicted to playing games and for those worst cases, there have even been cases where the gamer died as they are not able to do other things other than gaming!

While I do not think that playing with video games is considered as luxurious living, it can however make you happy. If you are relatively poor like me, you can always get the cheaper games and also a cheaper console, maybe even something which is second hand. I like playing with the Wii video game console. Sometimes if you are lucky you may even find some very cheap wii games. Usually these are older wii titles, but nobody said that they are not fun to play with. In the United States, board games often get a bad rap; people think back to playing Monopoly and Life and dismiss board games as being all for kids. Nothing could be farther from the truth! In fact, most board games these days are made specifically for adults.

Generally, people are introduced to more complex board games with ones that are fairly similar to what they already know. Acquire, for example, is an Avalon Hill game that’s a better version of Monopoly, while the simple rules for Settlers of Catan make it a popular trading game.

While some people are happy to never get any more complicated than this, there are a great number of complex board games that delight those who enjoy stretching their brains. Of course, it hardly matters who owns the games, as long as everyone has fun playing them; unlike collectible card games, having more money to spend rarely grants an advantage. In Dominion, for example, which is an expandable card game, there are plenty of new cards to buy, but since everyone plays out of the same pool, someone who owns every set is at no advantage over someone who owns only one, or none at all.

The Space Wolves are a lot different than most chapters of space marines in Warhammer 40,000. For example, the wolves have elite scouts and green close combat troops. Most armies scouts are their less experienced troops. Wolf scouts can really do a lot for your wolves army. They can infiltrate and end up behind enemy lines and destroy vehicles. It’s always fun to wreak havoc behind enemy lines, your scouts are professionals at this task. Also, scouts for the wolves are a wild card that can turn the tide of battle. If you roll well and your scouts come into the enemies deployment zone, your in great shape.

The first reason to use Wolf scouts in your Space Wolves army, is to destroy enemy tanks. Tons upon tons of Warhammer 40,000 players love to park their tanks and their deployment zones and blast you to oblivion. Your scouts can help you equalize against these tanks a bit. You can infiltrate behind enemy lines and come in right behind all their tanks.

Another reason to use Wolf scout in your Space Wolves army, is to wreak havoc. This goes along with the last paragraph. The Wolf scouts can shoe up behind the enemy and start blowing up and destroying enemy units. Your scouts can be armed with a melta gun and plasma pistols. Perfect to get rear shots on enemy tanks armor.

The last reason to use Wolf scouts in your Space Wolves army, is as a wild card. Your scouts may not always come in on your enemies deployment zone. You have to make a roll to see where they go. While there is a good chance you’ll end up where you need them, it’s not always going to be the case. But this is a chance you have to take, in my opinion. Though your scouts can be a wild card, they are still worth using.

In summary, there are many reasons to use Wolf scouts in your Space Wolves armies. They usually cause a lot more destruction than their points cost. Any unit that does this is worth using. They can destroy any tank in the game. Also, they wreak plenty of havoc and destruction on your enemies army. Plus, it’s good to have a wild card squad that can go where you need them to be at a moments notice. These are all great reasons to use Wolf scouts. Cornhole vs. Horseshoes – A Battle for Backyard Supremacy

For years, the game of horseshoes has reigned supreme when it comes to the most widely played backyard game in America; with, of course, games such as croquet, badminton and wiffleball following closely behind. However, times they are a changin’. There is a new game that is taking America by storm and may have already leapfrogged right over horseshoes in only a matter of a few years. Of course, the game I speak of is called cornhole.

For those of you who have played cornhole, you know how addictive it can be. But, you also know that it is so easy to learn and play this game that anyone from a child to a grandparent can enjoy this new sport. Whereas, horseshoes has a limited pool of potential players, due mainly to the weight of the horseshoes, and the distance needed to toss, cornhole does not have these issues. So let’s compare the two sports and see which one is the new “King of Backyard Games” and which one is going the way of the dodo.

In cornhole, players toss a one pound cornhole bag filled with whole kernel corn a distance of 27 feet, sometimes less, depending on how much space you have; tailgating can reduce your playing area significantly. In horseshoes, players throw a 2.5 lb horseshoe 40 feet downrange. This is the first, and most significant, advantage that the cornhole game has over horseshoes. If you’re looking for a family-friendly backyard sport, where everyone can participate, cornhole is it. Not everyone in your family may be able to throw a 2.5 lb horseshoe to a distance of 40 feet.
